4. Import Duties, Taxes, & Customs
For deliveries within Europe, shipments are typically handled to avoid surprise charges. However, depending on your specific country’s customs regulations, international shipments may occasionally incur local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Incorrect Address Dispatches
We are committed to fast fulfillment. Because our automated system transmits orders to our global partners immediately after the 48-hour processing window, we cannot guarantee address modifications can be made after an order is placed. Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
