We want you to shop with absolute confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your timepiece to request a return and dispatch it back to our designated return facility.
2. Eligibility & Product Condition
To qualify for a full refund, your watch must be returned in the exact condition you received it.

It must be unworn, unaltered, and completely free of scratches or signs of use.

The original protective plastic film on the watch face, case back, and bracelet must be intact.

It must be returned inside its original, undamaged premium packaging, including any tags, manuals, or adjusting tools provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your timepiece immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that your watch arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect model, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photographs of the issue along with your order number so we can prioritize a swift replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team through the official contact form on our website.

Approval: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived defective or broken, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
